I wanted to thank the team for a well organised & informative event – I definitely brought lots of positives & increased confidence home with me! I’ve already adjusted my training plan accordingly…..hill reps, hill reps & more hill reps, with a tonne of squats & lunges thrown in! You have a superb team of coaches & I particularly wanted to thank you & Declan for pushing me (literally, at one point!) through a rather ‘wobbly’ bike lap! I won’t hesitate to recommend your training days to family & friends, it was worth every penny! Signing up was the greatest advantage I could have given myself for race day!
