Well done to everyone that attended our IM 70.3 Preparation Days this weekend. Sounds like you all had a good time despite the showers!

A massive thank you for yesterday’s fantastic training day.
Like many triathletes, I’m guilty of spending too much money on gadgets, gizmos and gear. What I spent on yesterday’s prep day was, however, the best money I’ve spent all year.
Very well organised, positive approach for all standards and well-informed, approachable coaches.
