Coaching: Ralph has been coaching athletes of all abilities from total novice to Age Group internationals for the past eight years, and has helped 9 individuals to international level. In 2005, Ralph trained a World Champion and two other age group athletes who came 7th and 24th in their respective age groups. One of Ralph’s most well known triathletes is Sir Rocco Forte whom he has helped train over the past 7 years achieving 11th in the world for his age group for Olympic distance Triathlon and 2nd in his age group at the Austria Ironman.

Competing: Ralph has represented Great Britain himself at 8 World Championships, in 2005 coming 7th in the World for his age group in Duathlon.

Other: Ralph runs the Massage team at the UK 70.3 and Ironman events each year.

Ralph uses heart rate, power and cadence to get the most out of all his athletes.
