Castle Howard Adult Training Session
It can be daunting to start something new, whether it’s your first triathlon or a even new distance. Being properly prepared improves your confidence and confidence improves your performance.
This is why thetrilife.com com is offering Castle Triathlon Preparation Days. In convenient 3 hour sessions our world class coaches will help you prepare for your event by teaching you new skills and answering all of your questions.
Perfect for a novice to the sport or maybe you are looking for sound advice to improve your times – these sessions will help develop your skills further.
When: Sunday 9th July 2017
Timing: 9.00am -12.30pm.
Where: Castle Howard
The session includes:
- Open water swim training – not only invaluable practice in the castle lake but also in a wetsuit, as well as learning about course sighting, turning and how to deal with a mass start!
- Transition skills – what do you do in transition? Learn how to prepare your bike, the best way to layout your kit, how to do things quickly and the rules that you need to know. Our coaches will have you running with your bike like a pro!
- And finally – a race day walk through. Get all your questions answered from “what time do I need to be at the venue” to “where is the finish line” and everything in between.
- After the session there will be an opportunity to join a ride around the bike course.
